Hand-Pulled BBQ Beef Sandwiches
Large (3-5 lb.) Chuck/Arm Roast
Sprinkle generously with garlic powder on top
Place in roaster with a water in the bottom (about 1/2 inch)
Roast at 325-350 degrees for 3-5 hours
Cool to the point you can handle the meat and remove the gristle
and fat.
Pull small "threads" of the meat and place in separate
dish or the roaster without water, etc.
Add your favorite BBQ sauce(s) until it's coated.
Return to oven for 30-60 minutes, then serve hot on buns.
Freeze leftovers in pattys for easy single serving re-heating.
