Pan Fried Pork Chops
Beat Egg and milk together.
Crush Crackers (any kind) in a large ziplock baggie with a little
black pepper.
Heat oil in medium high to high, use enough oil to come half way up
the chops.
Dip pork chops in egg, then coat thoroughly with crackers and fry
on each side for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Reduce heat and
continue to heat until they have cooked through (this takes longer
than my recipe so I just cut mine up after awhile.)
