Chicken Savannah
Saute:1 med onion ( or less depending on your taste)
1 can of sliced water chestnuts-drained
Mix together with:
2 cans french style beans-drained
*1 box cooked Uncle Bens wild rice. Start cooking it first.
3 cups cooked diced chicken
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup mayonaise
1cup grated cheddar or colby cheese
Put everything in a 3qt baking dish (or 2qt and 1qt)
Bake until bubbly- approx 30-40 minutes
Freezes well.
